Description : About the Role

Were seeking a Product Manager who can own the full product lifecycle- from ideation to launch to continuous improvement - across both external SaaS products and internal enterprise systems.

In this role, youll lead the development of solutions for MSMEs as well as enterprise platforms that power our internal teams and business operations. Youll bridge strategic thinking and technical depth, working closely with stakeholders across business, technology, and design to build scalable, impactful products from scratch.

This role requires a strong mix of business understanding, user empathy, and technical capability, and is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems across both customer-facing and enterprise contexts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for multiple product lines including internal enterprise systems and SaaS solutions for MSMEs.
• Collaborate with business leaders and internal users to identify pain points, define success metrics, and translate them into clear product requirements.
• Partner with engineering and design to build intuitive, scalable, and automation-focused solutions that improve both customer and employee experiences.
• Lead the product lifecycle end-to-end from research and concept design to development, rollout, and iteration.
• Ensure every product feature is tied to business outcomes, whether revenue impact, operational efficiency, or customer satisfaction.
• Manage multiple product work streams, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals.
• Define and track KPIs, using analytics to measure adoption, performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure robust testing, reliability, and smooth deployments.
• Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress clearly to leadership and all stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior PMs or project owners to build product-thinking culture across teams.
