Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented EM OP (Evaluation and Management – Outpatient) Medical Coder to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in coding for outpatient E&M services and possess strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and coding guidelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform accurate and compliant coding for EM outpatient records.
• Ensure proper assignment of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes based on documentation.
• Review and verify documentation to support diagnoses and procedures.
• Stay up to date with coding guidelines and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with providers and auditors to resolve coding discrepancies.
