Data Engineer 4 to 10 years - Location Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore

Data Integration :

Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools such as Azure Data Factory or Informatica PowerCenter.

Ability to integrate data from various siloed systems into CDF using interfaces, extractors, and SDKs

Programming and Scripting :

Proficiency in programming languages like Python, especially for using the Cognite Python SDK

Familiarity with REST APIs for data extraction and integration

Database Management :

Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL and experience with database gateways

Understanding of cloud storage solutions and how to extract data from them

Data Transformation and Contextualization :

Skills in transforming and contextualizing data within CDF

Ability to use tools like Apache Spark and Databricks for data analysis and visualization

Industrial Data Knowledge :

Understanding of industrial data and processes, which is crucial for contextualizing data in CDF

Project Management :

Ability to manage projects and coordinate with different teams to ensure successful data integration

Communication and Collaboration :

Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
