Being part of a start-up company like HireMee, you have to be innovative and think out of the box to be a quick problem solver.

You will be tapping into potential client opportunities and fix meetings for yourself on daily / weekly basis.

You will strategically approach target companies, work closely with the internal team and sell assessment solutions for recruitment and L&D to corporates.

Although you strive to meet your target, you will always act in the best interest of the client.

The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth within a designated territory by managing the end-to-end sales cycle.

This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering smooth customer Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve respective sales targets.

  • Analyse customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Create and execute a territory sales plan in alignment with sales team targets.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, lead generation tools, and cold calling.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to ensure consistent sales performance.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and promote company offerings.
  • Client Relationship Management : o Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the company solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
