Are you passionate about influencer marketing and skilled in researching, negotiation, and content ideation? UrbanGabru , a leading brand in the grooming industry, is seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team in Pune as an Influencer Marketing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough research to identify potential influencers aligned with UrbanGabru's brand values and target audience.
Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiating partnerships and contracts to maximize brand exposure and ROI.
Collaborate with influencers to generate engaging and creative content ideas that resonate with our audience and align with brand messaging.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize influencer partnerships and drive business objectives.

Requirements :

6 months to 2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing.

Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer trends.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and stakeholders.

Creative thinking and strategic mindset, with the ability to generate innovative content ideas that drive engagement and brand awareness.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Located in or willing to relocate to Pune, India.
