Visual merchandiser

Job Summary :

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Manager – Visual Merchandiser to lead our visual merchandising team and develop impactful visual strategies that enhance brand presence and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail environments, consumer behavior, and the latest trends in visual merchandising, with the ability to translate brand vision into compelling store experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement innovative visual merchandising strategies and seasonal themes aligned with brand positioning and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product design, and retail operations teams to ensure consistent brand presentation.
• Oversee the creation and installation of window displays, in-store layouts, signage, and promotional setups to maximize customer engagement and sales.
• Analyze store performance metrics and customer feedback to refine merchandising strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new visual merchandising techniques.
• Manage budgeting, planning, and vendor coordination related to visual merchandising materials and resources.
• Conduct regular store audits and provide guidance to ensure visual standards are maintained.
• Train and develop store-level visual merchandisers and retail staff on visual merchandising standards and techniques.
