Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Coordinator at Crossroads Digital located in Bandra, with some work from home flexibility. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing social media marketing strategies, creating engaging content, implementing digital marketing campaigns , publishing the content to the various platforms, reporting results and communicating with clients to promote their brands effectively.

Qualifications

Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content skills

Expert knowledge of Meta Business Suite (Instagram & Facebook), Youtube and LinkedIn

Digital Marketing and Marketing expertise

Strong communication skills

Experience in developing and implementing social media campaigns

Ability to analyse social media metrics and optimize content strategy

Knowledge of social media trends and best practices

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
