What you’ll do
- Own new-logo and expansion revenue across Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, and West Bengal .
- Prospect, qualify, and close multi-plant deals spanning Facttwin’s Connect, UNS, Intelligence, Health, and MES modules.
- Leverage deep CXO relationships to land lighthouse customers (e.g., Tata Steel, SAIL, NTPC, Maruti Suzuki, Hero MotoCorp, ITC, Jindal etc).
- Lead discovery workshops, craft ROI models, and negotiate commercial terms to meet or exceed annual ARR targets.
- Build and manage alliances with system integrators, automation vendors, and cloud / OEM partners active in the region.
- Maintain world-class CRM hygiene, forecast accurately, and provide timely market feedback to product and marketing teams.
- Represent Facttwin at CII, FICCI, ISA, and regional industry events.
What makes you a great fit
15+ years of enterprise solution sales, 8–10 years in IIoT or industrial-automation (MES, SCADA, PLC, predictive maintenance, OT-IT integration).Proven record of 100 %+ quota attainment on ≥ ₹15 Cr annual targets.Established executive network with major manufacturers in North, East, and Central India.Strong consultative-selling and value-engineering skills; fluent discussing OEE, digital twins, and Industry 4.0 roadmaps.Excellent communication; English, Hindi required, Bengali or Odia a plus.Willing to travel 40–60 % across the territory; Engineering degree or MBA preferred.
