Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of IT projects for the organization. Possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for coordinating project teams, managing resources, and ensuring that project goals align with the organization's objectives.

Responsibilities :

• Plan and manage projects from inception to completion, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against these plans.
• Coordinate project teams, assign tasks, and ensure that team members have the resources they need to complete their work effectively.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders regularly, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, monitoring resource utilization, and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget constraints.
• Conduct project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment and provide leadership and guidance to project team members.

Proven experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar ERP projects.
