Development Reporting Analyst :

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION :

Job Summary :

The Analyst, Development Reporting, will report to the Sr. Manager, Development Reporting and Forecasting. Will be primarily responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support business decision-making. It also involves designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards, and providing reporting assistance and training to others.

• Assemble, validate, and organize data into formats / visualizations that can quickly be translated into business decisions to support Inspire’s Branded growth efforts. As part of this, deriving insights, identifying correlations, finding patterns, and applying statistical methods to data will be central to the success of this role.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills will be a strength - 40%.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to design, build, and maintain regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations - 25%.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation processes - 15%.
• Communicating discoveries to a wide range of audiences. Participation in compiling data for reports ranging from functional tracking to leadership presentation materials will be required - 10%.
• Support the implementation of new reporting tools and systems as needed, including training and assisting team members - 10%.
