Note : Prior experience with IQAC (Internal Quality Assurance Cell) processes in educational institutions is needed for this role.

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Research Analyst to join our team, with a strong focus on the higher education and school sectors . If you thrive on data-driven insights and are eager to contribute to impactful research, this role is ideal for you.

As a Research Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and validating large and diverse data sets (both qualitative and quantitative) and producing high-quality reports. You will play a key role in supporting audit processes, collecting and validating information from clients, and contributing to our ongoing content development and publication efforts. You will also collaborate with other team members to ensure the quality and accuracy of all deliverables.

Key responsibilities :

• Collect and validate data during the audit process, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Produce and review surveys, datasheets, databases, and scorecards as part of the audit process.
• Conduct self-directed research and produce detailed reports on the higher education and school sectors.
• Perform data validation and analysis using Excel and other relevant data tools.
• Assist clients with their data requirements during the audit process.
• Work closely with other analysts to ensure all audits and reports meet the highest standards of quality.
• Develop and maintain expertise in institutional research within international higher education.
• Actively seek ways to improve processes and maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Utilize IQAC experience to support institutional audits, accreditation readiness, and academic quality benchmarking.
