Senior.Net Developer - Azure / React.js

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead technical design discussions, applying proven design patterns (e.g., CQRS, Repository, Factory) to ensure the development of clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Define clear microservices boundaries and robust integration strategies (APIs, messaging) specifically tailored for HL7 and FHIR data flows within healthcare systems.
• Build high-performance backend services using .NET 8, leveraging key Azure Cloud Services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Gateway, and Storage Services.
• Develop responsive, intuitive front-end interfaces using React, TypeScript, and popular state-management libraries (e.g., Redux or Context API).
• Implement efficient data persistence layers for both SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including robust schema design, stored procedures, and performance tuning for optimal database operations.
• Integrate seamlessly with healthcare standards (HL7 v2 / v3, FHIR R4) and various third-party systems via secure, high-throughput interfaces.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure superior code quality and reliability.
• Actively participate in code reviews and pair-programming sessions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Adhere strictly to best practices for security, data privacy, and compliance in healthcare environments (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
• Mentor mid-level engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering their growth.
• Drive knowledge-sharing sessions to disseminate best practices and technical insights across the team.
• Actively contribute to the definition and execution of technical roadmaps.
• Work effectively in an Agile / Scrum environment : accurately estimate user stories, actively participate in sprint ceremonies, and consistently deliver incremental Qualifications :
• Education : B.Tech / BE (CSE / IT / ECE / EEE).
• Experience : 6+ years of professional experience developing enterprise applications.
• NET Expertise : Strong proficiency in .NET (latest versions, ideally .NET 8).
• Frontend Expertise : Proficiency in React (with hooks and modern toolchains), HTML5 / CSS3, and Azure Cloud : Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services including Functions, Logic Apps, Storage Accounts, Service Bus, Key Vault, and API Gateway.
• Security Protocols : Experience with OAuth2 / OpenID for secure authentication and authorization.
• Database Skills : Strong SQL skills, including T-SQL for SQL Server, PL / pgSQL for PostgreSQL, and expertise in indexing and query optimization.
• Healthcare Integration : Proven experience integrating with EHR / EMR systems and healthcare messaging standards : HL7 (v2 / v3) and FHIR (R4).
• Containerization : Solid understanding of Docker and container-based deployment workflows.
• Software Design : Deep grasp of software design principles (e.g., SOLID) and common design patterns.
• Soft Skills : Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and proven ability to work collaboratively in distributed Qualifications :
