We are looking for a Team Lead – Bench Sales with 6+ years of hands-on experience in US IT Bench Sales . The ideal candidate should have strong vendor / client connections, solid leadership abilities, and a proven track record in driving team performance and successful bench closures.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead, guide, and mentor a team of Bench Sales Recruiters
Market bench candidates and maintain strong vendor / client relationships
Review and refine resumes, ensuring timely submissions
Track KPIs, generate reports, and consistently deliver results
Requirements :
Minimum 6+ years of Bench Sales experience with team management
Strong vendor / client network and excellent lead generation skills
Great communication, negotiation, and resume writing abilities
Good understanding of visa types
