Key Responsibilities :
Handline the timely and accurate integration of Sales Orders from Salesforce to Workday
Ensuring compliance with SLAs
Partnering with cross-functional teams (Sales Operations, Revenue Recognition, Legal, etc.) to resolve Sales Order-related issues
Finding opportunities and lead initiatives that drive departmental and cross-functional efficiencies, particularly in system improvements and scaling of processes
Contributing to Monthly / Quarterly Revenue Operations Close (Journal Entries, Reconciliations etc.)
Assisting with Quarterly preparation of supplemental reporting for Senior Management
Supporting ad hoc reporting or data management requests
About You
Basic Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in a Financial Operations / Revenue Operations environment, including general ledger reconciliations, accounting research, and / or journal entries
Strong Excel skills are required
Other Qualifications :
Accounting / Finance or other business degree preferred
SFDC experience is highly preferred
SaaS experience is a plus
High attention to detail, accurate and organized
Proven track record for crafting process efficiencies and solving problems
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
The ability to work with all levels of management
Customer service-focused and solution oriented
Ability to lead multiple project concurrently
