Job descriptionAnalyze monthly financial results and explain key variances vs. budget / forecast. Create management dashboards, performance KPIs, and executive-level reporting packs. Evaluate revenue trends, cost structure, profitability, and margin performance. MBA Finance / CA Inter. 8+ experience in FP&A. Excellent MS Excel and Report Writing skills (Adaptive / Hyperion knowledge is must).

Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Build financial models to assess business performance and scenario outcomes.
- Consolidate forecasts from cross-functional teams and ensure accuracy and alignment.
