About This Role The Value Creation team partners closely with the sales team in playing a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our SaaS platform - Circles X. The Director of Value Creation leads a team of Strategy Consultants who serve as a subject matter expert on TMT market trends and analysis. This individual will bring a strong understanding of the telecom landscape, market trends, and key performance indicators and will provide strategic guidance and recommendations to internal stakeholders for prospective multi-million dollar B2B SaaS deals.

What You'll Do Lead a team of Value Creation Strategy Consultants and provide strategic directions and guidance Collaborate with our SaaS sales team to build and evaluate business cases for leading telco clients. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Engagement teams to provide an effective storyline outlining the value proposition for business audiences Collaborate with Sales and Customer Engagement teams to provide strategy note and executive summaries Establish a framework to evaluate the quantitative and qualitative attractiveness of prospective Telco SaaS deals. Build robust financial models to support pricing decisions and evaluate profitability for prospective Telco SaaS deals. Conduct primary and secondary research, leveraging in-house and third-party data sources, and build expertise on the TMT sector. Monitor and analyze market trends, industry news, and competitor performance within the TMT sector. What You'll Need At least 10-15 years of work experience with a leading TMT strategy consulting firm or industry player, with exposure to telecommunications projects Strong domain knowledge of the telco industry and understanding of consumers, product, and GTM strategies Led projects in building GTM strategies and financial models for telecom clients Strong quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with outstanding business acumen Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Proven ability to collaborate across functional teams and work independently to deliver within tight deadlines
