We’re Hiring : Airtable-Proficient Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping our growth. This is not a typical reporting role — you will be a strategic partner to leadership , using data, insight, and process improvement to guide decisions and drive performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Business Analysis

  • Work with leadership to identify key business challenges and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Build financial models and scenario plans to guide decisions on pricing, expansion, and investments.
  • Present insights and recommendations that directly influence strategy.

Performance & Financial Optimisation

  • Track and analyse KPIs across our UK, Germany, and USA operations to spot trends and risks.
  • Use Airtable to develop dashboards, reports, and operational tools that improve decision-making.
  • Refine P&L models, improve forecasts, and recommend actions to boost profitability.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reports on performance and cost drivers.
  • Agency Reporting & Insights

  • Own reporting for print drops, campaigns, and agency performance metrics.
  • Analyse campaign data to improve acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
  • Maintain and enhance Airtable databases used for campaign and performance reporting.
  • Present findings that inform future campaign and product strategy.
  • Workforce Optimisation

  • Oversee company-wide time tracking and ensure data accuracy.
  • Analyse productivity patterns and recommend changes to improve efficiency.
  • Use time data to allocate salaries and support accurate P&L reporting.
  • Process Improvement & Technology Alignment

  • Re-engineer and automate processes to support scaling.
  • Translate offline workflows into software solutions in collaboration with developers.
  • Design, build, and optimise Airtable systems to support operational and reporting needs
  • Lead software testing cycles to ensure features meet business needs.
  • Market & Competitor Intelligence

  • Analyse competitors and market trends to inform pricing and positioning.
  • Run price sensitivity tests and recommend actions to stay competitive.
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a growth-focused environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Airtable, including building workflows, automations, relational databases, and reporting dashboards.
  • Proven ability to shape business decisions through strategic thinking.
  • Strong skills in financial modelling, KPI analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Able to turn complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in software-driven or SaaS businesses is a plus.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with finance, operations, product, and leadership.
