We are looking at hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - Sourcing wherein the incumbent will be responsible for sourcing international leads for our projects in Pune East & West.

Specifics of the role-

1. Responsible for meeting the sales target.

2. Responsible for sourcing of international leads through assigned Channel partners for the projects in Pune East & West. Ensure closures of the international leads generated thereby contributing to the channel revenue.

3. Achieve the channel's revenue and profitability quotas through various initiatives.

4. Responsible for delivering top class customer experience at the point of sale thus enhancing customer satisfaction.

5. Thorough understanding of the product portfolio. Understanding customer requirements to pitch in suitable product.

6. Analyse the current channel trends & suggest suitable course of action.

7. Building good long term relationships with the existing customers to generate the revenue.

8. Process adherence.

We are looking for candidates with strong negotiation & closing skills in Sales. Candidates should be presentable with excellent communication skills. Should have exposure to Salesforce, SAP platforms.

Qualification -

MBA Marketing with 1 to 4 years of experience in similar role.
