Accounting Associate

About the Role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience and be highly proficient in Tally ERP. This role requires precision, accountability, and strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle daily accounting entries including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Maintain and update books of accounts in Tally ERP with accuracy.
• Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and review ledgers regularly.
• Prepare GST working, TDS calculations, and assist with basic statutory fillings.
• Support month-end closing, trial balance preparation, and financial report compilation.
• Verify invoices, documentation, and ensure proper filing and data accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth accounting flow and timely reporting.
• Assist during audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
