Location : Kolkata_Topsia

Experience : 3–7 years in Luxury Bridal & Premium Fashion

Responsibilities

Spearhead design of bridal lehengas, gowns, and occasion wear in line with OSAA’s exquisite aesthetic.
Develop concept boards—color palettes, prints, embellishments, silhouettes—that tell a compelling story each season.
Work closely with sample makers, embroiderers, and ateliers to ensure flawless execution.
Oversee multiple fitting sessions; conduct thorough garment trials for impeccable fit and finish.
Collaborate with production, sourcing, and quality teams to select premium fabrics, trims, and handcrafted elements.
Maintain design archives, trend reports, and seasonal references for future development.
Attend market visits, bridal fairs, and industry events to stay ahead of trends and innovations.
Mentor junior designers to uphold OSAA’s craftsmanship standards.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Technology, or equivalent.

3–7 years’ experience in bridal, couture, or enhanced occasion-wear—ideally within a luxury D2C or boutique fashion house.

Strong technical knowledge of fabric manipulation, embroidery, draping, and garment construction.

Excellent creative visualization skills—hand sketching, digital ideation, and mood board creation.

Acute attention to detail, with a passion for finishes, texture, and artisanal techniques.

Strong organizational capabilities—able to balance multiple collections and deadlines.
