L3 Development Support Engineer

Description :

• Provide L3 development support and perform in-depth root cause analysis for production issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to debug, enhance, and optimize existing applications built using Java or Python.
• Manage and support AWS environments, including EKS, ECS, EC2, S3, and DynamoDB.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform, and container registries.
• Support and automate infrastructure-as-code deployments and manage load balancers and VPN configurations.
• Drive DevOps automation initiatives and ensure stability across all application environments.
• Develop and maintain monitoring and observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, BQL, and CloudWatch.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.
