Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for brand awareness and lead generation.
Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, captions) aligned with brand tone.
Handle daily posting, scheduling, and campaign execution across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
Conduct competitor analysis and follow industry trends to improve content quality.
Monitor social media metrics and prepare weekly / monthly performance reports.
Engage with audiences — replying to comments, messages, and queries promptly.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and SEO teams to align content with ongoing campaigns.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads).
Work on growth strategies such as influencer collaborations, hashtag strategies, and community engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trending formats.
Good knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
Excellent communication, creative writing, and storytelling skills.
Basic understanding of paid ads, analytics, and performance optimization.
Ability to generate ideas and think creatively for brand campaigns.
Preferred (Good to Have)
Knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro).
Experience with influencer marketing.
Understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.
