Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Specialist located in Chennai. The Reservations Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing reservations, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include assisting with sales efforts, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with other departments, and delivering training to team members.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales
• Ability to provide effective Training
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with hospitality management software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
