Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Helpdesk Executive to join our team in Kolkata (Work From Office) . This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless IT operations by managing day-to-day incident resolution, maintaining system reliability, and supporting enterprise-wide IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of experience in an L2 support capacity, with proven expertise in incident management, cloud services, and technical coordination. You will play a key role in driving solution implementation, conducting root cause analysis, and supporting SaaS platforms, while also managing user and asset lifecycle processes. This position offers a dynamic environment where innovation, problem-solving, and proactive technical leadership are highly valued.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor and support daily IT operations, ensuring minimal downtime and high service availability
- Manage and resolve IT tickets efficiently, prioritizing incidents based on impact and urgency
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence
- Oversee user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access management across systems
- Maintain accurate asset tracking and manage IT inventory with regular audits
- Coordinate IT procurement activities and manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and cloud services
- Administer and support cloud-based services including Zoho, AWS, and cloud telephony platforms
- Ensure compliance with organizational security and privacy policies across all IT systems
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex technical issues and escalate when necessary
- Research, test, and implement new tools and solutions aligned with business needs
