Job description
  • Experience : 17 -20 Years
  • 2 Days working from client place
  • 1] Folks who has managed large programs and engagement
  • 2] 2 days working at client location
  • 3] Participate in Governance and client reviews for critical programs
  • Lead and oversee complex delivery initiatives by managing stakeholders benefits proposals and risks to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Roles and Responsibilities
  • Work with customer Product Heads on yearly roadmap planning
  • Work on Proposals Be part of Discovery phase scoping planning Sizing Effort Cost Team
  • Create SOWs review of SOWs with customer
  • Good knowledge on CMS portals ECommerce Applications ITIL Process Agile Processes Testing process
  • Be part of various project calls and ensure success of programs projects
  • Prepare monthly reports Governance decks QBR and drive these calls
  • Be very proactive in identifying gaps and work with customer on corrections
  • Prior experience with Adobe Experience Manager Magento is added advantage
  • Should have good people skills and be able to work with team members effectively
  • Engage with customer on new opportunities staffing people issues
  • Provide governance on staff augmentation projects currently being executed
  • Manage account financials Timesheet approvals Invoicing Budgeting
  • Work with sales team on proposals pricing and new opportunities
  • Enable your team members from the skill perspective to be ready with all skills needed for the customer project
  • Own operational aspects like timesheets leaves Transfers Monthly closure PL
  • Perform all activities owned by a Delivery Manage in LTIMT
  • Actively participate in sharing and reapplying skills and knowledge and introducing best practice across the program
  • Proven experience using agile project management methods and a proven experience working in a similar role
  • Proven experience balancing multiple priorities on largescale high visibility projects and employing techniques to deal with ambiguity
  • Demonstrable experience in coaching and mentoring multidisciplinary teams
  • Highly articulate and credible at a senior level consistently delivering accurate reporting as to the current state of play with regard to the delivery of your service
  • Strong negotiation skills and the proven ability to influence external partners stakeholders and customers to secure mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of individuals communicating this in a constructive manner to support their overall personal development
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met
  • Oversee the end to end benefits management process to maximize value from delivery initiatives
  • Lead pursuit and proposal activities including strategy formulation proposal development and client engagement
  • Develop and implement risk and crisis management frameworks to proactively address potential issues
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to monitor project progress identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery processes and methodologies
  • Represent the organization in client meetings executive reviews and industry forums to enhance credibility and business growth
