Job Description

Designation : Manager - Internal Audit

Reporting to : Director

Location : Corporate Headquarters, GurgaonRESPONSIBILITIES :

• Conducting independent audits to ensure compliance with established internal controls and procedures.
• Identifying areas of financial risk within the organisation and proposing solutions.
• Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to management.
• Collaborating with different departments to improve controls, efficiency, and effectiveness of internal controls.
• Facilitating the investigation of identified discrepancies.
• Continually updating knowledge on audit industry practices and techniques.
• Assisting in the development of annual audit plans.
• Training and mentoring junior audit staff.

The Successful Applicant

4 to 9 years in Internal Audit ideally with clients or organisations in tech, retail or ecommerce or India Consulting in Big 4 (EY India, KPMG India, Deloitte India, PwC India)

CA or MBANOT SUITABLE :

Due to mandatory client requirements, experience in Offshore / Global services, as well as BFSI clients would not be suitable
