Codeskin PRO a world class Professional Skincare Salon brand is looking for candidates to join their dynamic team all across India. We are specifically seeking candidates from the Salon industry.

Job Profile :

Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and new opportunities within the cosmetics industry.

Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth objectives.

Identify potential clients, including distributors, retailers, and private-label brands.

Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective customers.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure business continuity.

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and negotiate contracts to close deals.

Drive sales by promoting the company’s product offerings, including custom formulations, packaging, and manufacturing capabilities.

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Provide feedback to internal teams on market demands and product improvement opportunities.

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to build brand visibility and establish professional networks.

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Generate regular reports to update management on progress and challenges. Desired Skills :
