Job descriptionBuild and engage communities on Reddit, Quora & LinkedIn Participate in relevant discussions to boost brand credibility Manage Google Business reviews across multiple locations Identify advocates, success stories & influencer opportunities Track daily brand mentions, sentiment, and reputation risks Use listening tools (Brand24, Mention, Google Alerts, etc.) Prepare weekly insights reports with actionable suggestions Spot trends, recurring issues & reputational opportunities 6 months – 2 years' experience in ORM / Social Media / Community / Digital PR Excellent written communication & emotional intelligence Strong understanding of Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn & YouTube culture Working knowledge of SEO / SERM is a bonus Strong judgment, active listening & brand sensitivity Ability to work cross-functionally & thrive in fast-paced environment Work with founders & business leaders shaping India’s tech talent revolution Be part of one of the most data-driven and cross-functional teams Opportunity to lead brand trust & student experience initiatives Exposure to AI-led transformation & high-growth systems Steep learning curve, rapid career growth & real impact
We are looking for a proactive ORM Executive to strengthen NxtWave’s digital presence, protect brand credibility, and enhance student trust across online platforms.
You’ll monitor brand conversations, address student queries, build positive brand sentiment, and identify strategic engagement opportunities across reviews, forums, and social platforms.

- Act as first point-of-contact for online queries & reviews
- Respond to student feedback and escalate cases to internal teams
