Job description
Commercial Sourcing Sales :
Drive sales for sourcing commercial projects (office, business spaces).
Manage end-to-end sales cycle : lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closures.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and channel partners.
Develop sales strategies, pricing, and promotional plans with marketing team.
Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and achieve revenue targets.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and project teams for documentation and handover..
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Graduate / MBA with 5+ years in commercial real estate sales.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in commercial properties.
Familiarity with Pune commercial market, broker networks, and leasing models.
Excellent communication and MS Office proficiency..
5+ years experience in real estate / commercial sales sourcing, hospitality, Luxury residential sales, high end automobile!
