We are seeking a Network Support Engineer with hands-on experience in NOC support and telephony systems. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, quick to troubleshoot, and ready to join immediately. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless network operations, supporting VoIP infrastructure, and maintaining high uptime for mission-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain VOIP systems including FreeSWITCH, Vicidial, FusionPBX, and FreePBX
- Configure and manage SIP protocols, and diagnose call routing and quality issues
- Handle network configurations including TCP / IP, NAT, PAT, and firewall setups
- Administer Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian) in a production environment
- Develop and maintain scripts using Bash, Perl, PHP, and Python to automate system operations
- Perform database management and queries using MySQL and MongoDB
- Work with OpenSIPS and Kamailio for SIP proxy and load balancing
- Respond to system alerts and incidents, resolving issues within defined SLAs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability
Required Skills & Experience :
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in NOC support and telephony / VoIP systemsProficiency in Linux administration (Ubuntu / CentOS / Debian)Strong knowledge of VOIP technologies and protocols (SIP, RTP)Experience with Vicidial, FreePBX, FreeSWITCH, or similar platformsGood understanding of TCP / IP networking, firewall configurations, and routingScripting knowledge in Bash, Perl, PHP, or PythonExperience with MySQL and / or MongoDBExposure to OpenSIPS, Kamailio is a strong plusref : hirist.tech)
