JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer with strong expertise in SQL, data integration, and cloud technologies to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-level data solutions. The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of hands-on experience working with health plan data —including Enrolments, Claims, and Payments—and possess strong troubleshooting skills for data translation and performance issues. This role involves database development, ETL processes, incident handling, and collaboration with cross-functional technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience working with health plan data (Enrolments, Claims, Payments).
• Strong experience in SQL development (Oracle, MS SQL).
• Hands-on experience developing / debugging stored procedures and SQL scripts.
• Strong scripting skills for automation and troubleshooting.
• Experience handling Sev1 / Sev2 incidents and performing root cause analysis.
• Solid experience with ETL development and data integration .
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud services (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
