Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Provide accurate and efficient information to customers regarding shipment status, tracking, and delivery schedules
- Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Create accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using our CRM system
- Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations to improve customer service processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Meet or exceed customer service metrics, including first call resolution rate, response time, and customer satisfaction scores
