Job description

Back Office Assistant

We are seeking a Back Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in back-office operations be proficient in managing administrative tasks and possess strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and organize all back-office tasks efficiently.
  • Handle documentation and data entry tasks accurately.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in back-office operations preferred.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skills :

  • Proficient in using two-wheeler for commuting.
  • Strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
