Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Gen AI Development professional, based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves developing and implementing generative AI solutions, designing innovative AI-driven applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of AI technologies. The candidate will also be responsible for conducting research, testing, and optimization of AI algorithms to enhance performance and reliability.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving capability

Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts

Proficiency in Software Development and Programming

Basic understanding of Sales processes and how AI solutions can support business growth

Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar

Experience in deploying and maintaining AI / ML models is a plus

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Should have worked on live projects with tech stack - GHCP, Azure ML, Python, RAG

Experience level - 0 to 3 years
