Job Description,Project : SAP S / 4HANA 2023 ImplementationModules : Procurement (MM), Inventory Management, Logistics IntegrationDuration : Monthly retainer Role Overview Responsible for end-to-end SAP S / 4HANA MM implementation including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration support, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct business requirement workshops for Procurement & Inventory functionsGood knowledge of Export and Import processesConfigure SAP MM processes including Purchase requisition & purchase order management of Source lists, vendor master, info records, contracts & RFQ processing Goods receipt, put-away, goods issue, material movements, physical inventory Integration with FI, EWM, TM, and DRC.Support WRICEF specs for MM related customizations and interfacesSupport data migration (material master, vendor master, open PO, stock load)Prepare test scripts, execute SIT & UAT sessions, resolve defects.Create training documents and conduct train-the-trainer sessionsAssist cutover planning and hyper care support Required Skills6–10 years SAP MM experience (at least 1 S / 4HANA greenfield)Strong hands-on in P2P lifecycle, Service procurement o GR / IR and integration with FI o Inventory mgmt. & logistics executionKnowledge of EWM & TM integration is a mustConfidential Technical & Integration Skills,Hands-on experience in SAP S / 4HANA integration with EWM and TM (delivery, freight, and warehouse postings)Strong knowledge of MM-FI integration (GR / IR, tax, invoice posting)Expertise in SAP interfacing technologies : IDocs (Inbound / Outbound — ORDERS, INVOIC, MATMAS, LESWM, DESADV) BAPIs for PO, GR, Vendor, Material, etc. o Standard and custom RFC / BAPI Experience with : SAP CPI or middleware exposure (monitoring / integration knowledge) API consumption (REST / OData) for supplier portals or logisticsAbility to write / validate functional specs for WRICEF objectsEDI & 3PL integration awareness (desired) Cutover & migration tooling experience : LTMC / Migration Cockpit o LSMW for legacy master data Resource
