Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering)1–3 years of experience in a data or product analytics role (startup, edtech, SaaS, or consumer tech experience is a plus)Strong proficiency in SQL and experience analyzing large datasetsFamiliarity with analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar)Clear communication and storytelling skills — able to turn complex data into simple, actionable insightsCurious, self-driven, and eager to understand both the “what” and the “why” behind product performanceNice to Have :
