Manager_Application Support Engineer

Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

• Accountable for L1 & L2 support for Linux / Unix based telecom applications.
• Accountable for resolving Environment defects issues by analysing the logs.
• Accountable for executing Oracle / SQL queries to check the DB configuration.
• Accountable for coordination with different stakeholders towards closure of reported issue.
