Title : Complaint Lead (US Banking Regulations)

Duration : 6-month contract with strong potential for FTE conversion or contract extensions

Location : 3 days onsite in Gurugram

Must Haves :

• 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or control-related roles in financial services.
• Strong keywords to look for : complaints, investigation reports, risk management, operational risk, etc.
• Working knowledge of key U.S. banking regulations (e.g., BSA / AML, UDAAP, Reg E, Reg Z, Fair Lending, Privacy).
• Experience specifically in complaints management
