What You’ll Do :
You’ll be responsible for onboarding, training, and upskilling our Business Development Associates (BDAs), enabling them to confidently engage with potential learners and drive enrolments. Key Responsibilities :
Design and Lead Onboarding Programs : Build and deliver structured onboarding experiences that cover our product, customer personas, tools, and selling approach. Coach on Sales Fundamentals : Train BDAs on prospecting, handling objections, follow-ups, storytelling, and consultative selling tailored to the context of selling premium AI-first programs. Teach Tools and Systems : Enable fluency in using CRMs, lead management systems, AI tools (e.G., ChatGPT, Perplexity), and productivity software used in the sales workflow. Drive Ongoing Sales Enablement : Run weekly sessions, mock calls, and skill refreshers to continuously sharpen the team’s sales pitch, discovery process, and conversion abilities. Craft Performance Improvement Plans : Identify performance gaps, build structured PIPs with clear goals and timelines, and work closely with underperforming team members to help them improve. Track Metrics and Impact : Use data to assess training outcomes, track rep performance, and refine the training strategy for better results. Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure training is aligned with ongoing campaigns and learner feedback.
What You Bring :
2–4 years of experience in sales training, enablement, or coaching Background in ed-tech or performance-focused sales teams preferred A strong understanding of consultative selling and learner personas Experience crafting PIPs or coaching underperformers with empathy and structure Excellent communication, facilitation, and feedback skills Comfort using AI tools and modern CRM platforms A builder mindset — willing to own and evolve the training charter as we scale
