Scrum Master - Agile Methodologies

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-impact technology projects.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile / Scrum practices, servant leadership, and a proven ability to remove obstacles and drive team productivity and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Serve as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
• Guide the team in the effective use of Scrum practices and Agile methodologies.
• Help Product Owners maintain and refine the product backlog to ensure work is well-defined and prioritized.
• Shield the team from outside distractions and remove impediments that affect productivity.
• Track and report key Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, sprint burndown / up charts) for continuous improvement.
• Work with other Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and stakeholders to increase the effectiveness of Agile practices across the organization.
• Foster a collaborative team environment focused on delivering high-value increments.
• Ensure the development team is fully functional and productive.
• Promote Agile best practices and support the transformation to scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) if applicable.
