Responsibilities
Drafting and vetting of various documents related to Assignment of Loans, different legal and statutory notices related to SARFAESI Act 2002. Responsible for taking appropriate legal action for recovery of dues and follow up of the cases before all forums like DM / CMM, DRT NCLT and other appellate Court and Tribunals and enforcement of security interest. Handling litigation (Civil and Criminal) and also matters representing the Company at other Quasi-Judicial Forums as may be necessary. Drafting and vetting of Plaints, written statements, evidences, affidavits, replies, various petitions etc. Coordination and follow up with other team members, advocates in consultation with the President Legal. Comfortable in frequent traveling at Pan India level as when required and demanded by the management to defend the legal case in shorter notice.

Self-motivated individual with good business understanding. Should demonstrate commitment to organizational growth. Should possess effective communication skills and the required job knowledge. A deep understanding of laws relating to the Banks and allied, Commercial Laws, etc. Should have knowledge of relevant guidelines of SEBI, FEMA, Capital Market, RBI, Companies Act, etc. A proactive approach to organizational issues with ability to multi-task, communicate with all levels of management, develop team / s and work in a fast paced environment in a time-bound manner. Should have a system and process oriented approach.
