As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for selling our advanced LT Panels and Control Panel Solutions , addressing customer needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales Generation & Business Development

  • Identify and Target Prospective Clients : Research and identify potential customers in relevant industries (e.g., manufacturing, construction, power, automation) and develop targeted sales strategies for LT Panels and Control Panel Solutions .
  • Sales Pitch and Demonstrations : Conduct product demonstrations, present technical specifications, and deliver persuasive sales pitches to key decision-makers.

  • 3. Post-Sales Support and Customer Satisfaction

  • Client Onboarding and Installation Support : Oversee the smooth onboarding of new clients, assisting with the installation and technical requirements of LT Panels and Control Panel Solutions .
  • Training and Consultation : Offer training sessions to clients, ensuring they understand product features, benefits, and usage of LT Panels and Control Panel Solutions .

  • Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
  • Market Insights : Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Forecasting and Strategy Development : Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to forecast demand, develop strategies, and refine sales tactics for LT Panels and Control Panel Solutions .
  • Qualifications :

  • Education : A Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales or engineering are a plus.
  • Experience :
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, ideally in the electronics, automation, or control systems industry.
