About the RoleThis is a technofunctional role where you bridge business requirements with Avaloq-based solutions. You’ll partner closely with architects, developers, testers, and business teams while driving end-to-end analysis, testing, and documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate business needs into clear functional and technical requirementsSupport solution design in collaboration with architects and technology teamsDevelop test cases, prepare test data, and assist across functional, regression, stress, and performance testingContribute to migration strategy and decommission planning for large transformation initiativesCoordinate with stakeholders during dress rehearsals and cutover cyclesBuild training materials and support cross-training activitiesMust-Have Qualifications7+ years of experience in business / technical analysis within banking, fintech, or consultingHands-on experience with Avaloq and its functional modulesStrong understanding of wealth and trust domainExposure to at least one major banking area : Private Banking / Wealth ManagementClient Lifecycle Management, Advisory, Portfolio ManagementRisk Profiling, KYC / AML, ComplianceTrust & Asset Management, Fund OperationsSecurities Trading & Treasury, Front-to-Back workflowsGood-to-HaveExperience in large transformation or migration projectsExperience creating end-user or training documentationBackground in regulatory or risk-related initiativesWhy Join UsWork on high-impact banking and wealth transformation initiativesCollaborate with strong cross-functional teams and senior stakeholdersExposure to complex Avaloq modules and migration programs
