We are looking for an experienced Staffing Head to lead and expand recruitment operations. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in IT staffing, team leadership, client engagement, and process optimization.

Position : Staffing Head

Location : Chennai (Work from Office)

Employment Type : Full-time

Work Timings : 7 : 00 PM – 4 : 00 AM (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute staffing strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead and mentor high-performing recruitment teams
• Drive end-to-end talent acquisition (sourcing to onboarding)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships (US & India)
• Source candidates via portals, social media, referrals, and direct channels
• Oversee workforce planning, pipeline creation, and niche hiring
• Ensure SLA compliance and implementation of best practices
• Optimize ATS usage and recruitment analytics
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support revenue growth
• Represent the company in client meetings and staffing forums
