Lead AI Engineer - NLP / Computer Vision

Job Description :

We are looking for an innovative and experienced Lead AI Engineer to spearhead our efforts in developing advanced Generative AI and AI Agent solutions. In this role, you will lead a team of talented engineers and data scientists to create AI-driven products that enhance our business offerings and deliver exceptional value to our clients. You will be responsible for driving the technical vision, strategy, and execution of AI projects, ensuring they align with our business goals.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI models and AI Agents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers, to integrate AI capabilities into our products.
• Conduct research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI, AI Agents, and machine learning.
• Mentor and guide junior AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Develop and maintain scalable AI infrastructure and pipelines.
• Ensure the ethical use of AI and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Analyse and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Communicate technical concepts and project progress to stakeholders and senior management.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in AI development and :
• Master's or Bachelor's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in AI / ML, and 2+ years of experience in Generative AI and AI Agents.
• Proven track record of leading AI projects from conception to deployment.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, reinforcement learning,

and other AI techniques.
