GrowthPal is an early-stage startup democratizing M&A sourcing for small-mid-market targets. Our programmatic M&A platform uses data-driven sourcing, smart screening, and intent prediction to deliver ready-to-transact pipelines in <3 days. We partner with corporate acquirers and PE firms globally-especially across IT services, BPO, and tech-enabled services.

Role overview

We're hiring a Business Development Manager to own our US new-logo motion-from outbound strategy to meetings booked and pipeline created. You'll be the tip of the spear : designing outreach plays, personalizing content, and navigating to decision-makers (Corp Dev, Strategy, PE deal teams).

What you'll do

1) Own, strategize, and execute US outbound across email, phone, and LinkedIn to hit monthly meeting and pipeline targets.

2) Research & qualify ICP accounts (corporates $25M-$2B revenue; PE platform & bolt-on theses).

3) Create & iterate content : sequences, call scripts, value props by thesis / vertical; A / B test and scale winners.

4) Multi-thread into decision-makers (Head of Corp Dev, CFO, CEO, PE Partners / Principals); handle first-call discovery.

5) Pipeline accountability : deliver on monthly quotas (e.g., meetings set, qualified opportunities, $ pipeline).

6) CRM hygiene : log activity, notes, next steps; maintain accurate forecasts.

7) Feedback loop : bring market signals back to product & leadership to sharpen ICP and messaging.

What you'll bring :

1) 2-5+ years hitting quotas in the US market (BD / SDR / AE for B2B SaaS, data products, or services)

2) Startup mindset : you love building from 0- 1 with minimal hand-holding.

3) Proven cold outbound chops (email + phone + LinkedIn), objection handling, and discovery.

4) Clear, concise writing; can tailor messaging to corp dev / PE audiences.

Nice to have :

1) Exposure to M&A / PE / corp dev workflows or selling into those buyers.

2) Experience with IT services / BPO / tech-enabled services accounts.
