Job Summary :

MDG IT Architect Business Partner will oversee and optimize Master Data Management (MDM) technology framework for Business Partner (Customer and Vendor) data domain. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining robust MDM technology to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across the organization. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce technical excellence, policies, standards, security supporting strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and implement business partner (Customers and Vendors) master data management solutions using the latest tools and technologies. (e.g. SAP MDG On-Premise)
  • Develop and maintain data models, data mappings, and data integration workflows.
  • Implement data quality rules and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data governance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to business users on MDM / SAP MDG best practices.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the MDM space, including gen AI.
  • Implement master data management policies, processes, standards, capabilities, and tools across the organization.
  • Oversee MDM tools and technology implementation for companywide governance of master data objects.
  • Develop and deliver master data tools and technology training programs to global process experts and end-users responsible for managing master data.
  • Accountable for managing a team of master data technologists (Internal or external or both) interfacing with various business functions and data platform teams.
  • Inspire and influence senior stakeholders on the impact of master data to significantly deliver business value
