Job descriptionMaintain real-time inventory visibility across warehouses, salons, D2C, and e-commerce platforms Implement stock rotation and replenishment strategies to avoid stockouts and overstocking Manage GRNs, inwarding, and batch / expiry tracking Coordinate dispatches to partner salons pan-India via courier / logistics partners Ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment for D2C, Nykaa, Amazon, and other marketplace orders Work closely with third-party warehouses (3PLs) and platforms such as Unicommerce, EasyEcom, or similar Maintain and optimize backend systems for inventory control and order processing Create and document SOPs for salon dispatches, returns handling, and warehouse hygiene Track damages, pilferage, and returns, and implement preventive measures Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams for smooth operational alignment Generate weekly MIS reports on stock movement, aging, and channel-wise performance Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends, seasonality, and marketing plans 3–6 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or inventory management within a D2C or FMCG setup Hands-on experience with import / logistics coordination and warehouse management Proficient in Excel and inventory tools such as Unicommerce, EasyEcom, or Zoho Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional coordination skills Prior experience in salon distribution or beauty / wellness brands is a plus

Days : Monday to Friday
Timings : 10 : 30 AM - 7 : 30 PM
Budget : 8 to 12 LPA (depending on experience)
Experience : 6+ years
Responsibilities :
1. Import Operations & Vendor Coordination
- Liaise with Korean suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure smooth import operations
- Oversee documentation, payments, and clearance processes for incoming shipments
- Monitor shipment timelines and plan buffer inventory based on lead times
