Lead Product Analyst
As a Lead Product Analyst, you will play a strategic role in driving data-backed decisions and product innovation across company's Supply Chain and Customer Excellence charters. This is a high-impact role involving end-to-end ownership of analytics frameworks, collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentoring analysts, and influencing product and business strategy through actionable insights.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze product performance metrics and user behavior data across Supply Chain and CX platforms.
- Develop and maintain analytics frameworks to track KPIs such as conversion rates, feature adoption, and operational efficiency.
- Use SQL, Python, and statistical methods to uncover trends, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations.
- Partner with product managers to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
- Deliver actionable insights to improve product features and user experience.
- Lead A / B testing, segmentation, funnel analysis, and cohort studies to measure feature effectiveness.
- Work with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to integrate data into every product lifecycle stage.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and present insights to senior leadership.
- Lead and grow a high-performing team of product analysts.
- Establish and enforce best practices in data analysis, experimentation, and reporting.
- Develop training initiatives to uplift analytical capabilities across the team and organization.
- Promote a data-first mindset across teams and functions.
- Continuously improve data collection, modeling, and visualization frameworks to scale with the business.
- Stay current with new tools, methodologies, and industry benchmarksand bring those innovations into team workflows.
Requirements :
5+ years of experience in product analytics, preferably in e-commerce, supply chain, or health-tech.At least 2 years in a senior or lead analyst role, with team leadership / mentorship responsibilities.Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.Experience with product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.Strong understanding of instrumentation and clickstream data.Proficiency in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).Solid knowledge of A / B testing, statistical modeling, regression analysis, and cohort studies.Working knowledge of Python / R for deeper analytics and automation.Preferred Attributes :
