Job description

You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, expanding market share and developing the overall footprint in GCC space.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute the sales strategy for the India GCC customers in alignment with the overall company objectives. Market Initiation and Expansion :

Help initiate the client procurement for Hitech Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the GCC ecosystem in India. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, and industry influencers. Client Engagement :

Personally engage with key clients and prospects to build strategic relationships and secure major deals and help in increasing footprint among GCC customers. Desired qualification and experience- Minimum 8-10+ yrs Experience with proven expertise in a sales leadership role, ideally within the GCC region or similar international markets. Experience in Selling to Site Leaders, Centre Heads, Functional Heads within GCC across both business & IT & proven ability to sell software services, application development, analytics & cloud services / solutions Technology Services & Solution selling experience within GCC segment including good understanding of Bangalore, Chennai markets Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software (e.G., Salesforce, Dynamics) and other sales tools.
